Today I step into Isetan Katong once again. I met two person who I least excepted to see during work today.
One is my tang ge. From afar where he was walking, I started staring at him. When he finally got close enough to feel that someone is staring at him, he raised his head and there I was... hahaha... Had a nice conversation with him. Asked about my family and my grandma.
Two was my army friend. He's one of the two "jie mei hua" in my unit. *hair stands* As usual, he wore tat weak and feeble look on him. I didn't really recognized him at all, till he called me. :p Didn't really chat with him, cos lotsa work on hand when I saw him... wonder how is his relationship with his boyfriend now... OOPZZZZ!!!!!
There is this customer whom I encountered today. The term ugly Singaporean jus suits her too well.
She's looking for a quilt for her bed.
Firstly a quilt is usually priced ard $70++ dollars but she kept insisting that she got them at 30 only, and wanted a discount for the quilt.
When the price debate finally died off, she asked about the size of the quilt. She owns a queen size bed at home but she wanted a king quilt! Erm..... what's that term..... OH... KIASU...
She dug out every piece on the display shelf throwing it everything everywhere. As if she owns the whole shopping mall. She got tat satisfied grin on her when she finally dug every piece out from the shelf.
All quilts at the counter comes in one color, white. But she kept insisted that there are different shades of white. She like the 'white' on one of the queen quilt and demanded the promoter to get one king with the same color for her. OUTRAGES!!! Julie cant stand her anymore and just walked off.
Well, I m left there alone. Cos tats my small small counter is jus next to the quilt section, and I got nowhere to shift to.
When she finally chose what she wanted. She said a comment out aloud. "Why do you need a promoter here when all he does is only stands there looking left and right."
Hey!!! That finger is pointing at my nose!!! I m so innocent... I have nothing to do with quilt. Whatever lar... No point arguing with this kinda person. Just gave her a pissed look and turned away... Hahaha...
